The Type R232A is an Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed regulator designed for LP-gas (propane) systems, with a compact size that makes it ideal for tight fit applications. The unit is designed to reduce the tank pressure to an Outlet pressure of 11 inches Water Column through an integral two-stage system, and is intended for installations with small domestic loads. The first-stage Screened drip-lip vent is oriented downward, and the second-stage vent is oriented over the Outlet as standard.

The body sizes and end connection styles (inlet x outlet) are FPOL x 1/2-inch FNPT. The Maximum Allowable Inlet Pressure is 250 psig / 17,2 bar, and the Outlet Pressure Ranges are 10.2 – 13 inches W.C / 25 – 32 mbar. The Capacity is 550,000 BTU/hr, with the Vent Size being 1st Stage: 7/16-24 Inverted Flare and 2nd Stage: 3/8 NPT screened.
